Back in the 80’s Ronald Reagan was giving a speech on TV and I saw my dad was watching him. I asked my dad, "how can you sit and watch that asshole lie to you?" and he said to me "you need to watch your enemy to know what they're thinking," and he was 100% correct! (Although I'm also sure my dad never read, let alone heard of The Art of War by Tzu Sun, but they both said the same thing.)

When I get in the car, I turn on Republican talk radio! When I scan the news, I scan local, religious, and conservative "news" channels. I even went so far as to buy a special radio (emergency) that allowed me to get loads of additional stations. Why? Because a large portion of the country is tuning into it, and YOU WOULD NOT believe what they're being told! I listened to four major religious leaders (located somewhere on the West Coast) discuss how they were preparing and welcoming Armageddon. And that was just the beginning, because they then went onto "how they were helping to bring it about!"
If you hear on a liberal media outlet that "so and so was attacked", you can bet that on the right-wing media outlet the story is a complete 180-degree turnabout. It's well known, and I'd say even common sense to understand that when facts and reality no longer matter, that faith and belief overshadow critical thinking and that when religious dogma and hatred replace rules and justice that society will crumble.
My note: I only have experience with using Ground News. If you read the article I pulled this from, you'll see WSJ and "Fox News" as right-wing, but Trump has deemed both as leaning left, AND the article also has CBS as left-wing, but CBS has become almost completely (with exception of 60 Minutes & The View) a MAGA propaganda outlet. You can see an even bigger connection by the Disney Channel having the Trump interview streaming (edited? You decide!) on its streaming lineup, (I guess because it fits so well with the kids’ shows or is it The Avengers?!)
